All CIM activities are required for intensive levels 1, 2, and 3. LEAs in Levels 1 and 2 will complete the activities with the guidance of a Technical Assistance provider and some activities under CDEs close supervision. LEAs in Level 3 will complete all activities with the guidance of a Technical Assistance provider and close CDE supervision. The Technical Assistance provider for Intensive Level LEAs is the System Improvement Leads (SIL).
