Educational Benefit Review (EBR) Activity Handout

The Educational Benefit Review (EBR) process guides teams through the examination and comparison of specific components of the IEP to determine if the IEP is “reasonably calculated to enable a child to make progress appropriate in light of the child's circumstances.” This process allows LEA teams the opportunity to investigate their LEA’s practices to identify areas of strength and any gaps that need to be addressed.
