Social Emotional Learning & Behavior

To best support student Social/Emotional Learning, educators must create and maintain consistent, organized and respectful learning environments.  Stating student expectations in a positive manner as well as establishing, teaching and reinforcing routines supports a consistent and emotionally and physically safe learning environment.  Delivering academic and behavior supports and feedback in a caring, respectful, and culturally responsive manner is essential to creating and supporting positive and caring teacher-student relationships.
