ELPAC Administration Student Accessibility Checklist Form

CA Department of Education Resource. The CDE ELPAC Administration Student Accessibility Checklist Form supports teams to determine which resources, testing conditions, or combinations of tools & resources will best ensure that the ELPAC is accessible to the EL student. This checklist is a useful resource for teams to engage in student centered discussion to determine the individual needs of the student, and select which accessibility resources by ELPAC domain are necessary and/or engage in discussions for considerations for Domain Exemptions for students with disabilities with an IEP or 504 Plan, or engage in discussion for considerations for the administration of the Alternate ELPAC.
